About PCA’s Quick Reference Guide Info Pack
National Principle 7: Staff and volunteers are equipped with the knowledge, skills and awareness to keep children and young people safe through ongoing education and training
PCA’s Quick Reference Guide Info Pack is a bundle of three (3) Quick Reference Guides (QRG) to help your staff and volunteers prevent, recognise and response to child safety issues in your organisation.
The QRGs have been designed to be brief and succinct documents which complement your existing policies and procedures around staff interactions with children, preventing and responding to abuse and neglect of children. The QRGs also perfectly compliment the resources included in PCA’s Child Protection Suite for Small Business.
When you purchase the QRG Info Pack, the resources are yours to own forever. Your email address will be added to our mailing list and you will be notified if updated versions are released on PCA’s website.
All QRGs have been meticulously researched and are evidence based to provide relevant and accurate information for your staff and volunteers. The QRGs provide brief and succinct information in one convenient place to help ensure your staff and volunteers have sufficient knowledge to be able to keep children safe and recognise when they may not be.
What’s included in the QRG Info Pack?
QRG – Recognising signs of abuse and neglect
QRG – Recognising grooming behaviour
QRG – Prevention through situational crime prevention
One more thing about the QRG info Pack
This product will be available as an instant download after purchasing. The file will be in a .zip format. To access the three QRG Guides within the folder, simply right-click on the folder and select ‘unzip.’ On some systems, it may be necessary to install software before being able to unzip. If this is necessary, consider using Winzip (for Windows or Mac) as a free and reputable program for this application.
100% Money-Back Guarantee
PCA is so sure that you will find value in the Quick Reference Guide Info Pack that we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
If after you have received your resources you feel that you have not gotten your money’s worth, just let Brad know within 2 weeks of purchase and we’ll refund your payment in full.
Do you still have questions?
How do I purchase the QRGs?
Click the tile (above) and you will be taken to the PCA Store. Click the ‘purchase’ or ‘add to cart’ button for the QRG pack to purchase. You will be redirected to a secure checkout where you can make payment with a credit card.
What happens after I pay?
You will be taken to a confirmation of payment page and requested to complete a form with your contact details which is sent to PCA. As this is a new product from PCA, you will be contacted via email within two business days to arrange a quick phone call to ensure the QRGs are relevant to and will be useful for the work you do. Some minor tweaks may be required as we finalise the product and ensure it is suitable for all types of organisations. Updated resources are usually supplied within one week of completing the phone consult. For this reason, the QRG Info Pack is currently offered for a discount. Once final testing has been completed, the investment figure will revert to the standard price and the resources will be available for instant download. You will also be emailed a receipt for your investment.
If you do not receive your receipt or you are not contacted by PCA, we ask you to contact PCA to let us know there has been a problem.
Can I show this to my whole team?
Unlike some of PCA’s other products, such as our webcasts which have been designed for individual consumption, the QRG Info Pack is designed to be used as core resources for your whole team. We actively encourage you to ensure that all of your staff and volunteers know about and use these resources.
I have purchased a level of the QRG Info Pack and now realise that I need help putting this in to practice for my organisation!
PCA can help with that!
